Enterprise Sectors

Five Core Agricultural Portfolios

Each portfolio is managed under rigorous commercial standards within fenced, biosecure zones.

Staple Crops

Large-scale staple crops cultivated to anchor domestic food availability and feed commercial value-addition processing mills.

Hybrid Fruit & Vegetables

Selected high-yield hybrid varieties cultivated for enhanced shelf stability and quality. Targeted at over 740 tons for the February to March 2027 harvest window.

Poultry

Intensively monitored poultry units safeguarded against external pathogens by fenced biosecure boundaries and strict sanitation protocols.

Aquaculture

Modern fish farming operations engineered to protect surrounding natural watercourses while recycling water and organic matter.

Livestock

Structured livestock husbandry fed via recycled on-farm feeds, delivering organic manure into our biogas and organic fertilizer loop.

Interlocking Loop

Closed Biological System

Every sector connects to the next: crop residue feeds livestock, livestock manure fuels biogas, and biogas digestate fertilizes staple crops and hybrid vegetables.

Circular Economy

The Zero-Waste Chain

Every harvest stage follows a strict sequential zero-waste chain to eliminate loss and maximize value addition.

1
Processing & Packaging / Animal Feed

Unsold Produce Value Addition

Unsold produce is processed and packaged, or turned into animal feed. Produce that cannot be sold fresh at the farm gate is immediately preserved or integrated into balanced livestock feeds.

2
Biogas Energy Generation

Biogas for Clean Energy & Cooking Gas

Damaged crops and farm waste become biogas for clean energy and cooking gas. This anaerobic digestion converts agricultural residues into renewable electricity and clean cooking fuel, actively curbing tree-felling for charcoal.

3
Bio-Fertilizer & Plant Health

Organic Fertiliser & Crop Protection

Digested effluent and organic solids then become organic fertiliser and crop protection. Nutrients return directly to the soil, improving organic matter without chemical runoff.
