Strategic Roadmap

Five-Year Plan & Growth Targets

A five-year plan to grow the model across South-West Nigeria, with a stated footprint target above 400,000 hectares, and an aim to scale nationwide after that.

Targeted Footprint

Above 400,000 Hectares Target

A stated footprint target above 400,000 hectares across South-West Nigeria in our five-year plan, with an aim to scale nationwide after that.

South-West expansion followed by nationwide scale
Capital Allocation

90% Planned Reinvestment

Ninety percent of gross profit in the first five years is planned to be reinvested into expanding productive capacity, processing plants, and community infrastructure.

Continuous compounding of farm capital
Risk Management

20% Yield Discount Modeling

Projections use a 20 percent yield discount to account prudently for seasonal variability, climate adjustments, and supply chain fluctuations.

Conservative, institutional planning base
Future Horizon

Phased Future Developments

Future initiatives are distinctly segregated from active biosecure production areas to safeguard crop integrity and biosecurity.

Proposed Development

Housing Estate & Agro-Resort

The housing estate and resort are proposed, and they sit outside the production zone. Siting these proposed developments outside active farming perimeters preserves strict biosecurity and workforce safety.

Planned Educational Facility

Tuition-Free Polytechnic Block

The polytechnic block is planned and not open yet. It is envisioned to operate tuition-free once the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) grants formal accreditation, integrating practical agricultural operations with classroom instruction.
