Smallholder Support
Smallholders get inputs, extension, a stipend, and a buy-back of their produce, integrating them into commercial off-take.
Net Profit Escrow Fund
An agreed share of annual net profit goes to an escrow account for the elderly, women, entrepreneurship, erosion control, and processing machines.
Conflict-Resolution Committee
A conflict-resolution committee: host villages, traditional rulers, security outfits, farm management, and the local government.
Unified Security Coordination
Local hunters and vigilantes work with the Nigeria Police Force, NSCDC, and Amotekun to preserve community and agricultural safety.
Collaborative Community Governance
All programs are bound by formal agreement with host communities, aligning local progress with environmental preservation and mutual accountability.
