Co-Farming and Off-Taking
TNL offers contract farming, husbandry and agro-processing for Co-farmers and Off-takers under private bilateral trade agreements with an output-sharing structure.
TNL does not operate an investment platform, does not pool public funds, and prohibits receipt of physical cash. All arrangements are trade-based commercial transactions of physical commodities; any ancillary operational fees go only through verified corporate bank channels.
Bilateral Production-Sharing Terms
Clear operational responsibilities under structured commercial agreements.
Physical Input Provision
The Co-farmer or Off-taker provides, or authorises TNL to buy from certified dealers as a trade expense, all physical inputs: seeds, fertilisers, crop protection, day-old chicks, fingerlings, juvenile livestock, weaners, breeding stock, customised feeds, and veterinary pharmaceuticals.
Operations & Stipends
The Co-farmer or Off-taker funds farm workers' and animal husbandry handlers' stipends by direct bank settlement. TNL provides infrastructure and manages cultivation, rearing, processing and packaging.
In-Kind Output Sharing & On-Site Access
At harvest or completion, produce and value-added goods are shared in kind at the pre-agreed ratio. Co-farmers may be on-site at any time during farming, rearing, and processing cycles.
Commodity Disposal Options
At harvest or final processing, co-farmers select one of three mutually exclusive disposal options.
Collect in Person
Arrive at the farm gate or processing facility, or send authorised logistics, to collect your physical share directly after sorting and packaging.
Sell Independently
Sell your share to external buyers, wholesalers, or industrial processors. Conducted at your sole risk; TNL bears no operational, credit, logistical or payment liability.
Commission Agent
By written trade directive, TNL sells your share at the prevailing open-market wholesale price and remits net proceeds, less actual logistics costs (including goods-in-transit insurance), processing utility charges where applicable, and a 10% sales agency fee on gross sales.
7-Day Notification Rule & 48-Hour Collection Window
Co-farmers must choose their disposal option in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled harvest or final livestock processing. If no written notice is received, or if Option A physical goods are not collected within 48 hours of a readiness notice, TNL automatically applies Option C to prevent spoilage, with no liability for subsequent market price movements.
